Forward-thinking Organizations are increasingly looking to emulate the successes of ‘Cloud First’ companies (such as Netflix and Uber), which use software-driven advances to keep them ahead. While the prospective benefits of cloud computing are clear for many, the journey can be complicated, including balancing technical and cultural needs.
