Zero Trust Results From The September 2021 Thought Leadership Paper, “Bridging The Developer And Security Divide”
As organizations work to build and maintain security and agility at scale within their enterprises, many have turned to a Zero Trust model – a philosophy that you should ‘never trust, always verify’. In surveying 1,475 IT, security, and development decision makers about Zero Trust, we found that organizations should:
Rebalance priorities based on shifting needs due to COVID-19.
Organizations are very focused on cloud and security, even more so since the onset of COVID-19 (see Figure 1). In looking at the top priorities for the next 12 months, it is clear that collaboration and cloud security are top of mind for organizations.2 Make sure that your organization reevaluates priorities as your needs shift. Include a rebalance of the budget to align with those priority shifts.
