Salesforce and IBM Collaborate on Enterprise Generative AI Products

IBM and Salesforce have established a strategic partnership to support generative AI solutions for business clients. In this recently announced cooperation, Salesforce solutions will be integrated into IBM’s consulting services while also covering other facets of the CRM value chain.
IBM intends to promote the use of Salesforce AI technologies like Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud by utilizing its Garage digital transformation methodology. Customers will now have access to IBM’s Data Classifier tool, which uses industry-specific AI algorithms on data produced by Salesforce to streamline data mapping. With IBM’s Watsonx AI and data platform, this partnership will also improve Salesforce’s AI capabilities.
