Cycle Of Content And Data
A cycle consists of a chain of events, each affecting the next event. This concept perfectly describes the development of content and data in the experience age: companies use customer and content-related data to create personalized customer experiences.
They evaluate the performance of that content—and changes in customer behavior—to provide more relevant experiences next time. Then the cycle starts from the beginning. We refer to this new approach to data as “experience-centric data”.
It is based on the premise that content and data are equal in creating customer experiences.
