Online to Offline: Remotely Orienting New SDRs

I have been an SDR team lead at Outreach for a year and a half, during which time I have onboarded over 90 SDRs from 13 distinct hiring classes. However, since the start of the sheltering in place exercise, I’ve had to remotely onboard two classes, and for the time being, this appears to be the new normal. The good news is that once you remotely onboard a team, it gets lot easier the following time and the time after that, even if it’s still not an easy task. The even better news is that you can customize your own remote onboarding program to meet your requirements by using the lessons I learnt.
