Gartner® forecasts 2022: Consolidated security platforms are the future

The move to support remote and hybrid workforces has accelerated cloud adoption, but security hasn’t always been a key consideration when operating in the cloud. Existing products typically work in isolation and don’t always apply to the cloud. As a result, management becomes cumbersome, resulting in gaps in security posture and a negative experience for users.

This Gartner report analyzes the importance of an integrated cloud security platform approach:

  • Gain operational efficiency and security effectiveness by reducing gaps and vulnerabilities and saving time and money.
  • Provide consistent security for web, private access, and SaaS applications.
  • Protect sensitive data and detect threats efficiently both inside and outside the organization.
  • Improve the user experience for your hybrid or remote workforce, as well as partners and vendors.
